Miami’s Swimwear Show Season
Every year, Miami becomes the global epicenter of swimwear fashion with multiple prestigious events showcasing the latest swimwear collections. The tradition began in 2002 when runway producers aligned their shows with Miami’s established SwimShow trade event.
The 2025 swimwear season in Miami will feature shows from several prominent producers, with Paraiso Miami Swim Week (the official trademark holder of “Miami Swim Week”) anchoring the calendar alongside other notable events from producers like Art Hearts Fashion, Swim Show, Flying Solo, Cabana Show, and Destination Miami by COTERIE.
This exciting swimwear showcase season will take place May 29 – June 1, 2025.

Miami Swimwear Show Updates
Recent News: Paraiso Miami Swim Week has recently secured the official trademark rights to “Miami Swim Week” after a lengthy legal dispute with DC Swim Week Group, as reported by FashionUnited. This landmark ruling recognizes Paraiso’s 21-year legacy in the swimwear industry and establishes them as the definitive authority behind the official Miami Swim Week events.
We are proud to continue supporting Paraiso Miami Swim Week and all the legitimate swimwear event producers creating runway shows during this exciting season in Miami.
Model Casting Information
We strongly advise against paying any fees to participate in Miami swimwear runway shows. Legitimate model castings typically occur 2-3 weeks before the events, with announcements starting several weeks earlier.
For the most reliable casting information, we recommend following the official Miami swimwear event producers on their social media channels, where casting calls are typically announced first.
Professional models participating in these events should either be compensated for their work or, at minimum, receive professional runway footage and photos for their portfolio without paying any fees.

For Models: We strongly advise against paying fees to walk in any Miami swimwear runway show. Reputable event producers either pay models or provide free participation with professional content for your portfolio. Be wary of any casting calls requiring payment.
For Designers: As of 2025, the “Miami Swim Week” trademark is now officially owned by Paraiso Miami Swim Week after their victory in a trademark dispute with DC Swim Week Group. If you’re interested in participating as a designer, we recommend connecting directly with Paraiso or other established producers listed on our site.
